Due to the nature of our products (human hair extensions and wigs) and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the product is in its original condition. The hair must not be combed, brushed, washed, installed, or have the lace cut.
Process: To initiate an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product.
Exchanges: If you received the wrong texture or length, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-colored wigs, and used hair are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a product is confirmed to be defective by our quality control team.
